Training in administration and scoring of a psychometric test

This section of the course considers the importance of standardised test administration. The structure of a test administration session is provided and consideration given to each part of this structure in turn. Then delegates are briefed on the assessed practice in test administration and given time to prepare this prior to completion and assessment. Delegates are also introduced to test scoring and given opportunity to score tests themselves.
