Overview of psychometric testing and the administrator's role

Delegates will learn about what exactly a psychometric test is, how to accurately define it, how to categorise different types of test and will be presented with a number of different ability, aptitude and personality tests on-screen in order to increase familiarity with tests.

Also, we will describe to you the role of the test administrator. What competencies you will possess following successful course completion and where your role ends and that of another professional with additional competencies (such as the Level A Certificate) take over.
